baji888 Terms and Conditions

2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility Conditions

To open an account or use any service on baji888, users must:

• Be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age
• Register voluntarily and of their own free will
• Not reside in any jurisdiction where receiving such services is expressly prohibited
• Be a person with full legal capacity

2.2 Account Registration Rules

Each user may open only one account. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. If false information is provided, baji888 reserves the right to suspend or close that account at any time.

• The name, mobile number and email provided at registration must belong to the user themselves
• Opening an account using a third party's identity is strictly prohibited
• Multiple members of the same family or household may use separate accounts; however, operating multiple accounts from the same device or payment method will be treated as fraudulent activity
• Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

baji888 may request identity documents or other paperwork from a user at any time to verify their account. If the documents required for verification are not provided, certain account features may be restricted. For more details about the verification process, please see our FAQ section.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

baji888 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other scheduled banks)

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Once a deposit is completed successfully, it is generally credited to the account immediately.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements related to that bonus have been met
• Identity verification (KYC) may be mandatory before a withdrawal can be made

3.3 Account Balance and Currency

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no facility to deposit or withdraw in cryptocurrency or foreign currency. The balance displayed in the account is always shown in Taka.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; the wagering requirement on the bonus is ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500. Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn after this amount has been wagered.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has specific wagering requirements; until those are met, it is not possible to withdraw the bonus or any winnings earned from it
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the offer's terms state otherwise
• baji888 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraudulent activity is suspected on any account
• Bonus offer terms may change; please check the relevant offer page for the latest conditions
• A bonus is never "free" or directly convertible to cash under any circumstances; completing the specified wagering is mandatory

4.3 VIP Program and Cashback

baji888's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members can receive up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.8%, and Gold members up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses. Regular active participation is required to move to a higher tier.

5.1 Permitted and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji888 platform:

• Any form of cheating, use of bots or placing bets with the help of automated software
• Using multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages from bonuses or promotions
• Attempting to access another member's account without permission
• Misusing the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Deliberately finding and exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party

5.2 Consequences of Violations

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities above, baji888 may, without prior notice, suspend or permanently close the relevant account and cancel any bonuses held or balances suspected to have been obtained improperly.

6.1 Copyright and Ownership

All content on the baji888 website and application — logos, designs, graphics, text, software and other materials — is the intellectual property of baji888. Users may only use these services for personal and non-commercial purposes.

6.2 Restrictions on Use

Republishing, selling, distributing or commercially using any content from the platform without baji888's written permission is prohibited. Ownership of game software and content belongs to the respective game developers — such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and Evolution — and is subject to their own licence agreements.

7.1 Self-Control Tools

baji888 allows members to set personal limits. Users can seek assistance to set deposit limits, session limits or a temporary voluntary break. Full details are available on our Responsible Gaming page.

7.2 Protection of Minors

baji888's services are for persons aged 21 and above only. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

8.1 Technical Errors

baji888 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, baji888 will not be held liable for temporary disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance work or problems with third-party service providers. In such events, baji888 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

8.2 Errors in Displayed Information

If incorrect odds, incorrect payments or incorrect information are displayed due to a technical error, and a user conducts a transaction taking advantage of that error, baji888 reserves the right to cancel or correct that transaction.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The baji888 platform uses products from various third-party game studios and service providers. baji888 is not directly liable for any issues arising from the activities or services of these third parties, but will assist in resolving problems.

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. If there is a withdrawable balance in the account before making the request, it should be withdrawn first. Account closure requests can be made through 24/7 live chat.

9.2 Closure at baji888's Initiative

baji888 may close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of the Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Use of a false identity
• Prolonged account inactivity

The methods by which users' personal data is collected, stored and used are described in detail in our separate Privacy Policy. That policy carries the same force as these Terms and it is recommended that both be read together.

baji888 uses SSL encryption technology to keep user data secure. Financial transactions and personal information are shared with third parties only as needed to provide the service and where required by law.

11.1 How to Submit a Complaint

If you have a complaint regarding a transaction, bonus or account matter, please first contact us via 24/7 live chat or email. The support team provides assistance in both Bengali and English. After a complaint is submitted, baji888 will investigate and respond within a reasonable time.

11.2 Final Decision

baji888's decision in resolving a complaint will be considered final, though both parties will try to reach a resolution through discussion. If the user is not satisfied with baji888's decision, the user retains the right to take applicable legal action.

baji888 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members via their registered email or platform notifications. Continuing to use the services after any change will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.
